Management Team

As President of M&H Haulage Group, Thad is responsible for global commercial, financial, and operational activities. Prior to his role as President, he served as SVP, CCO, VP of Strategy & Marketing, Director of Strategic Accounts, Commercial Head SCS Group, and North America Retail Head.

As Chief Financial Officer Maruyama is responsible for leading the global finance, treasury, accounting, and global support service functions in M&H Haulage Group. Maruyama has been with M&H Haulage Group since 2016. During his 25 years career with KWE, Maruyama took on multiple stints globally. His last role was as the Deputy Financial Officer of KWE (China) Co. Ltd.

As CCO Neil oversees M & H's global commercial strategy and development. Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership roles in the supply chain and logistics industry and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.  Over his career, Neil has lived and worked in three continents and is originally from the UK – he is currently based in Seattle, WA.

As Chief Operations Officer Graeme is responsible for enhancing efficiency, cost control, and profitability through better technologies, systems, and processes across the network. Prior to his current role, he served as M & H's Regional Vice President for North America. Graeme has over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry and has held many roles throughout the U.S. and Europe, including site operations and business development. He has lived in North America for 20 years and holds a B.A. (Honors) from De Montfort University in Leicester (UK).

As General Counsel for M&H Haulage Group, David leads M&H Haulage Group’ global legal department. He provides direction and guidance to management on both internal and external legal and business matters. David is a supply chain, logistics, and transportation attorney with senior leadership experience at several major logistics providers before joining M&H Haulage Group. David is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Washington and holds a Certificate in Political Studies from the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

As CHRO, Maggie leads the M & H global HR team – providing leadership and direction to management for all People, HR, and Employee engagement matters. Before joining M & H, Maggie had 38 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industries, leading HR teams across Europe, Middle East, India, and Asia, for a top 100 employer – most recently as the VP of HR Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe & Regional Diversity Officer. For 25 years, she has lived in various parts of Europe and Asia. In addition to her HR expertise, she has run large operations, both domestic and international.

Hakan is an IT veteran and joins us from the ABB Group where he has served as VP Business Unit CIO/Strategic Programs. For the last 20 years he has held executive leadership roles in Technology, Strategy, M&A, Product Development, and Professional Services in industries ranging from logistics to manufacturing and software development. Hakan was educated in the U.S. and Turkey, he holds two degrees in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
